The Best Breakfast Casserole For A Crowd! Preheat oven 325° 2 rolls (12 oz) of your
favorite breakfast sausage Cook sausage, drain. Spread over bottom of lightly greased 11 x 15 (approx. size) baking dish. Whisk together eggs, water, milk and gravy mix. Sprinkle cheese over sausage, then pour mixture over cheese. Peel biscuits into two halves and arrange evenly over mixture (I work to fit the entire can of biscuits onto mixture,) or arrange layer of crescent rolls over mixture. Bake 325° uncovered, 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Can be prepared the night before; bake 50 minutes, uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
