Moo-Moo's Pumpkin Pie Preheat oven to 375° 1/2cup flour Thoroughly mix all ingredients except milk. Slowly add enough milk until number of pies desired (enough mile for about 3 pies makes a good tasting pie). Bake 40-45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats 3 tablespoons butter In large bowl, combine cereal and peanut butter chips. Set aside. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, mixing until smooth. Add marshmallow mixture to cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evening into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with butter. Contributed by Lisa Bundrick |

Apple Crisp by Lisa Preheat oven to 350° 8 cups Granny Smith apples
1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cups sugar Peel, core and slice apples. Place sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in large plastic baggy, add apples and shake, coating apples. Arrange apples in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Mix brown sugar, oats, butter and cinnamon, drop by teaspoon on apples. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Cover and bake 30 minutes, then bake 30 min uncovered or until apples tender. |
